The Hotel Poseidon is a 14 room hotel and restaurant, located 1/2 block from the volcanic sand beaches to the west and the mountain side tropical jungle to the east, and set in the heart of the lively town of Jacó beach. We are located on a quiet street, yet close to all the town has to offer.
Our boutique-style property affords you the relaxation you deserve during your vacation in Costa Rica. Our goal is to make your vacation carefree and stress-free during your stay with us at the Hotel Poseidon.
Jacó (pronounced ha-cO) is located about 90 minutes from San José, making it one of the closest and most convenient beach towns to the international airport of Juan Santamaria International Airport (SJO) outside San José. Jacó is a lively, local village with casinos, retail shopping outlets, discos and many restaurants offering a variety of international cuisine.
While staying at the Hotel Poseidon, we can make tour arrangements for all the activities and day trips which Costa Rica has to offer. Then after a day in the rainforest, come back to your private room or relax at our pool bar with a cool drink.
Your hosts, Chrissy and Tim welcome you to the Hotel Poseidon. When not in Jacó, we call Colorado our home. However, Chrissy is from Georgia and Tim is from Colorado and Tennessee. We look forward to seeing people from our home towns, but are especially excited about meeting guests from all over the world.
